At Organic Matcha, we are committed to delivering our premium, organic Japanese matcha quickly and securely, wherever you are. Please review our shipping and return policy carefully before placing your order.

We currently ship to:

  • Worldwide (select countries — check availability at checkout)

Shipping Options & Fees

United Arab Emirates

  • Express Shipping — FREE. Delivery within 1–2 business days.

International

  • Standard Shipping — Calculated at checkout. Delivery within 7–14 business days.
  • Express Shipping — Calculated at checkout. Delivery within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs for international orders vary by destination and weight. Final costs are displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we do offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

Important Note on Perishables

Due to health and safety standards, perishable items such as tea cannot be returned, even if unopened. Only defective or incorrect items may be eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect products.
  • Items must be sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You must initiate your return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@organic-matcha.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Pack the item sealed and unopened in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item by mail — return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  5. No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process and conditions as returns.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
